Hi, I bought the Vital - Pro, I installed it but when I open it on Ableton I see only the Init Present and Wavetable. Where I found the 150 Wavetable and 400 presets of Pro Pack?

This should automatically download after you login.
Can you try starting the standalone version and see if that triggers the download?

Same here for me unfortunately. I did try to restart the standalone app but no download / presets.

Also bought Vital Pro. Same issue here. No presets, no wavetables. Started standalone too…Still nothing.

Subscription and Plus version. Working on windows, and do not working on mac: just «init preset» and no downloading.

Same here, free version running on Mojave 10.14.6. Tried standalone, VST, VST3 and AU, no presets! Playing with Init preset and looking good so far, but would love to try some of the presets.
