If you have Vital - Pro (Early access) under your account @ vital.audio then there’s a new version available. 1.6.0 (early access)
What’s new?
I can confirm it installs on macOS Monterey, but it no longer runs on it
I really don’t know as there’s no information on discord or vital.audio. It could just be a compatibility fix for the new operating systems, as i saw 1.6.0 Mac, windows and Linux versions.
Ohh can’t wait to see improvements and new features ![]()

Version 1.6.1 is out now, with a windows only 1.6.2 version too.
It’s now v1.6.1 for Mac and the VST version is now silicon and Intel compliant. v1.6.0 wasn’t Intel compliant. Someone on KVR noticed: “new option for Mod Remap ramp up & down” but other than that no one really has a clue as to what else this version offers.
It woulldn’t hurt if Matt would post a changelog somewhere in this forum.
My account doesn’t show 1.6.2
Actually, it only shows this:

It’s online again ![]()
So it is. V1.6.2 has been added to the Mac que. Thanks.
v.1.6.3 available. Pitchwheel and Mod wheel work but don’t move Vital’s graphic representations. It’s a bug.
mm to many updates - its goood but sounds like r n d . Alot of presets are being shared in preset share with newer versions which cannot be loaded in the old version . Cool but wait till it levels out , there an update every couple of days — You can do what you want ! New fixes add more bugs , i m very happy using 1.5 and mixing down A tune right now, which is wot is all about ![]()
This is an old one
Calculate how many updates there have been over last 4 years on average per year and say that again
Are good , please list the improvements .We need enlightment
No changelog, no publishing in Vital social media… i think its time to move on, this synth is great but looks like its abandoned
There’s word out there that it’s now at 1.6.4.
LOL
Pretty good for something that’s supposedly abandoned.
Sure, but where is the changelog

spat my coffee out now - thanks ![]()
new update really didn’t change much except i don’t like how glow behaves on the 1.6.x versions. I switched back to 1.5.5.
