How should i record in vital with my midi keyboard?

I cant find any feature to record with my midi keyboard and save my composition in vital?
Can anybody rescue me from this limbo?

Hi @leoncampbell134

You’re not missing anything in terms of your understanding of Vital. It doesn’t have the ability to record your composition, either as audio or midi.

You might want to take a look at this forum post, where someone wanted to record the audio of vital to a file (without using a DAW) - Saving Music To File

Alternatively, you might want to look into getting a DAW (digital audio workstation). There are some free / low cost options available.
