Merci. Je n’ose pas essayer car je n’ai pas de carte graphique autre que la puce Intel sur la carte mère. Donc si je fais ça (c’est effectivement possible), je crains d’être dans le noir complet.
Si vous n’avez pas de carte graphique il vaut mieux éviter de faire ça. En attendant je fais comme ça en espérant que le développeur trouve une solution car j’ai cherché partout sur le net (comment désactiver opengl etc…) mais je ne trouve rien. Ce qui est sur c’est qu’il y a bien un pb avec la carte graphique. Pourquoi chez certains ca marche et d’autres pas ??? Tous mes pilotes sont à jour donc quelle est la solution ???
Idem en tous points. Je ne suis pas convaincu que le développeur unique cherche vraiment une solution. Il laissait plutôt entendre que c’est tant pis pour les rares (dit-il) personnes concernées. If you are referring to my posts I was simply trying to explain that where an issue is intermittent or occurs in specific configurations then finding the cause and a solution is difficult and will take time. For a small development team this is even harder as they will not have the resources to test on every configuration. I say this as someone who has had over 30 years’ experience in commercial systems development and implementation.
Also, I believe that the other people who have posted on this thread trying to help you are all users like myself. I feel that if you think that Matt Tytel (who is the sole developer) has taken part in this thread under an assumed user name then you should call him out. But you can be assured it is not me.
Obviously there is some confusion because I am not a big forum user and I reply without really paying attention in the thread.
Let’s be clear: all my remarks concern Vital and its developer, who, although being alone, can’t sell “pro” versions (as I bought), take note that his product is the only plugin to have this kind of problem, and say that he has something else to do than to deal with it, since only a few people are concerned and we can use the previous version. It’s not exactly what he said, but not very far. It would not be professional at all!
As for the users who took part in this discussion, I thank them for the help they wanted to give me, and I apologize if they felt targeted by certain posts, actually intended for the developer (who is also a publisher and does business with his plugin).
Finally, I hope that the translation from French, mostly made by Deepl, is correct.

**ITS THE FCKING THEME FROM 1.0.8 ** i had that was crashing my plugin beyond 1.0.8. Installed 1.0.8, reset the theme and reinstalled. 1.5 and I’m golden.

Has Mister Tyrel forgotten that he is not only the designer of Vital, but also a publisher and a businessman who has legal and contractual obligations to his clients?
Despite several posts about the impossibility of using Vital 1.5x when 100% of the other plugins and other software work perfectly, and the “prioritised support”, I see nothing coming. Not even a message informing me that the problem is being dealt with. The fact that the majority of users do not have this problem is not the point. What will happen when other bugs appear?
I hope that Vital Audio’s response will not be to delete this post or to eject me from this forum. I would like to remind Mister Tyrel that I am a customer of the pro version who should benefit from “prioritised support”.
I think you should try at the Discord server.
This is the longest and most extensive thread I’ve seen trying to help someone get Vital working. 9 different people, 38 replies, and over 2 weeks of contributions to try and fix your problem. I understand that that might not be your idea of ‘prioritized support’, but I would ask that you use at least and ounce of patience. I also understand that you are using a translator which can affect the meaning of your words, and ours, and can lead to misunderstandings on both ends.
I would suggest, for the meantime, that you downgrade to 1.0.8, if you haven’t already, while this gets resolved. I would also suggest trying @l.n.d.n 's solution of downgrading to 1.0.8, setting the skin to default, and then going back up to 1.5.x.
I’m sorry that you’ve paid for presets that you can’t currently access and I hope this gets resolves soon so you can enjoy them. It is strange that @Tytel hasn’t commented in this tread as prioritized support is part of the package.

Thank for users who try to help. But it doesn’t work (e.g. what your explained in your post). Was I not clear enough? Do I have to explain the situation once again? Not only that I can’t use some paid presets (and all the future presets). I have the pro version (paid) with this commercial commitment of support, But no way to get support, and no answer from Vital.
All these posts are just to make Mister Tytel react, not to disturb the “community”. As you know, I’m not the only one concerned, Maybe the only that doesn’t accept it. So I would be happy to get a way (an email adress ?) to contact directy mister Tytel. His behaviour is not acceptable. He sold me his stuff, with support. What should I do ? Complain on Youtube, KVR Audio, Gearspace, Musicradar, Audiofanzine (french), etc. : “Vital : the dark side” ? It’s not (yet) my choice, but the silence of Vital Audio and the lie about support is a shame. On the Vital website, there is no link to this (virtual) “prioritized support”, except to this forum. That’s why I complained here.
Mister Tytel, I don’t expect refund because I use Vital on several projects. The problem must be fixed.
You said patience. My custommer and user patience has also its limits!!! This message is not for “the community”. It is so obvious (no to you?) but for the developer, editor, seller of Vital.

Ok, this makes sense, I understand better now what you were trying to do. It’s less about the bug and more about the support, is what I got from what you said. I can see your frustration and the needed translations could have made that seem more like entitlement; its a tough line to walk and a translator doesn’t help. You could always try contacting Tytel via Discord or directly on Twitter, i’m not currently aware of a suppory email.
Usually bugs like this tend to get resolved in a matter of days or even hours so that could also contribute to why you havent seen direct support. I think that it would definitly be a good idea for Tytel to describe exactly what “prioritized support” means and how to access it. Good luck with however you proceed.

Did you try just mailing support@vital.audio ? I found it in 5 seconds from my “verify-your-mailadress” e-mail. Also I get that you’re frustrated (I felt the same frustration with Steve Duda from Xfer), but we’re here to try and help you as well. But it feels insulting that you don’t report back what you DID try instead and thereby help us, help you.
