Download todays version, that fixed it for me (VST 3 MAC).

Pity its not working. Did you try it in the stand alone version? I believe this helped some users.

Can you try launching the standalone version instead?
I have the same problem
First, login to your account in Vital.
Then, download your content. You can change a folder if you need it.
Last, PRESS ‘INSTALL’ button. Presets must be installed when downloaded.
I don’t know (I’m just a user) but I think you didn’t do the last step.

I have that same problem, Vital wouldn’t let me install the default presets cause it “can’t create a folder”
You can try to download them by going to the oscillator and clicking in download content, hope that helps
