Which area is the Modulation Wheel colour in Skin Designer?

Hi all,

I have clicked on every option available to change the little wheels for modulation with no luck in changing their colour.

Any ideas where this can be changed or what it’s linked to please?

I think those might automatically link to the color of the widget, for example, the color of the filter curve or the color of the wavetable.
