Which area is the highlight/drag colour in Skin Designer?

I’m doing some fiddling with the Skin Designer but I can’t find where colour for the drag/highlight colour is.

Does anyone remember which thing needs to be changed for this one?

Picture shows current Yellow/Green colour.
