What version of vital?
I’d try either the newest version or maybe (unless you’ve created presets already) might be worth going back down a version?
Feel free to check for graphics driver update as well
Not sure what’s causing it though sorry!
Same issue here. Had Vital on a windows 10 laptop and had zero issues. Today i donwloaded the latest version for my new Windows 11 laptop and the screen flickers like crazy in Ableton. But i found out that if i decrease the size of Vital to 80% (or less), the problem goes away. And what is weird is that the problem goes away even if i increase the size to 120%.
So basically it is not a problem for me as i can work fine at 80% and 120% size.
But i confirm that 100% size, the screen flickers constantly.
Hey there! Screen flickering can be super annoying, right? Usually, when that happens on Windows 11, it’s often down to a couple of things. One common culprit is the display driver. Sometimes it’s outdated, or maybe it got a bit wonky after an update. Another thing could be an app that’s not quite playing nice with Windows 11.
Here’s a quick way to see what’s up: Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager. If the Task Manager itself is flickering along with everything else, then it’s likely a display driver issue. If only the other stuff is flickering and Task Manager looks normal, then an app is probably the troublemaker.
If it seems like a driver problem, you could try a few things. Sometimes just restarting your PC can sort it out. If not, you might want to update, rollback, or even uninstall and then reinstall your graphics driver. You can do this through the Device Manager (just search for it in the Start menu).
Sometimes, just hitting Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B can also reset your graphics driver and might just do the trick!
If you are facing the issue after trying these solutions, you can follow for more better instruction below.

I had an issue running Vital 1.5.1 on iMac on OS High Sierra running Logic Pro 10 about a year ago. This was an older OS and Vital 1.5.1 blinked constantly making it unusable.
I have a new iMac now running Logic Pro 11.1 on OS Sequoia 15.7.2 that crashes Logic with any Vital version above V1.0.7 I’v tried every version from 1.0.7 up to 1.5.5 - all except 1.0.7 crash the DAW and standalone Vital simply blinks once then crashes and disappears.
SInce the newer iMac is running Sequoia OS I suspect its a Mac issue somehow but no idea how to go about resolving it. Really disappointed that I cant get the latest version of Vital 1.5.5 to run on iMac. I am now running 1.0.7 but cant load any newer presets so there is no point in me purchasing those. Frustrating.
Spec on my newer iMac is 3.3GHz Quad-Core Intel Core I5, AMD Radeon R9 M290 2 Graphics, 32GB RAM running MacOS Sequoia 15.7.2. HD is an internal 2TB SSD with shit loads of space.
Just to let you know, both versions work fine for me on Mac (currently on an M3 Max) both Apple Silicon and Intel, so it’s likely to do with your setup, it’s not a universal issue with it running on Mac.
