Vital crash due to "utf-8" character in username

Hi forum.
I get 2 pcs, the “no utf-8” one is ok for vital, while the “utf-8” one always crash on start with vital.
Here the “utf-8” means chinese/japanese characters, such like this:

I am also a programmer using juce, I hate how juce crash with “utf-8” lol.
Hopefully you guys notice this.

I found that maybe whenever vital visit this path, vital crashed.

Better with multi-language support. Let’s see see it in the future.
