I don’t know how to open Vital in my daw, because I only got a .exe file. Can someone help?
I think this is an installer. Given that you are on windows, then please execute the exe by double clicking on it. A installer screen should open up which leads you through intallation process.
I for myself have chosen to install the VST3 version of the plugin which ends up in :\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
Most of the DAWs know this directory and will find the plugin there after the next start up.
Or if that not works, please go into the settings of your DAW and configure the directory to make it scan it.
Please Note: I have described one option for installing and each DAW is different. You might end with the plugin in another directory on your system when you chose to use different options during install process.

Not enough information. Tried what? Which DAW? Which Operating System?
Imagine going to your Doctor and only saying “I hurt” and expecting him or her to diagnose your condition.
They will ask “where does it hurt, how bad is the pain, what kind of pain?” etc.
The more information you give the better the chance you’ll find a solution. In this case there could be a dozen reasons why Vital is not opening in your DAW but with so little information there is not much chance you’ll find a solution.
