Upgrades and PRESETS

i bought vital pro. it doesn’t download new presets or upgrade to new versions automatically. so I upgraded from 1.0.5 to 1.0.8 by going to vital.audio and downloading the newest version to see if that fixed it… it didn’t. all the downloads are still from 11/2020 or something. nothing new. also, i tried manually downloaded the presets and they downloaded as PS (adobe photoshop) files. strange. and they don’t show up in the vital preset list when i import them.

what is happening here?

You need to restart your DAW and create an instance if Vital. Then it should auto download if you’re logged in.

You might try using the standalone Vital app instead because sometimes DAWs don’t have the right permissions to download or install.

If neither of those work let me know!
