Unmodified presets marked as modified

After loading a preset, it is immediately marked as modified (asterisk next to preset name) without having touched any parameter. EDIT: happens with both VST2 and VST3
(Vital 1.0.3 Linux, REAPER)

and the modified-asterisk also comes imediatly when you touch the modwheel

And changing most of the other parameters doesn’t cause the asterisk to appear.
