My Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS freezes almost completely when opening Vital Standalone. The GUI does not open up, just the window borders. The system gets very laggy but I was able to xkill the app.
The plugin version inside the DAW opens up nicely.
I have a similar behaviour on ubuntu 20.10 and Vital 1.0.0 (I did not test 1.03)
Stand-alone Vital after 10 minutes or less freezes, the GUI does not react but the sound looks like goes on.
In my DAW (renoise) everything is fine if used as VST
