I have ran as admin, checked any settting that could be messsing with it, different drives, even tried different versions to install. Any help?
Just so anyone who had this error knows, I uninstalled the older version from the programs and features in control panel. the install worked after that but, MAKE SURE YOU SAVE UR PRESETS JUST IN CASE!
