on windows 10 i’ve changed my plan a day ago from free to 5 month subscription but i’ve the same preset of free plan…tried to check my account page to see if it is changed and it say subscription plan,tried to check firewall,log out,log in in both standalone and vst but nothing,tried to uninstall-delete all files in windows hidden folders-download last build in account-reboot windows-reinstall-log in log out in both standalone and vst but nothing i’ve the same few preset and wavetable of free version…someone can help me?i’ve read that mac user have some similar issues but got resolved…thanks!!
Same for me. Am I missing something here? Does the subscription service not include any presets?
