Subscriber Packs Not Importing

I am on Version 1.0.7 , downloaded Subscriber Packs 1 - 3, I go ahead and try to import banks and Vital doesn’t seem to show anything new. I check the bottom left corner to see if the packs are listed there and nada. Ive tried importing in the stand alone application and inside my DAW and nothing new, still not listed. Thanks.

I should mention I also tried uninstalling and re-installing Vital. The only thing displaying under Factory>Subscribers is one Bass preset by Matt ‘Bounce_House’. Lol

The subscriber packs go into different top level folders in the preset browser. If you click twice on the different folders they should expand and show ‘Subscriber’ sub folders.

Might change that in the future though cause it’s a bit confusing.

Necroing.
It would be a much better idea if all subscriber presets would go to

/Subscriber/Preset Bank Name / Presets
/Subscriber/Preset Bank Name 2 / Presets
/Subscriber/Preset Bank Name 3 / Presets
/Subscriber/Preset Bank Name 4 / Presets

instead of /Something/Subscribers/Preset name

Different top level folders? Not useful information.

Which top level folders?

Please don’t make me search. The whole advantage of going monthly was to get automatic preset bank updates.

If they go someplace non-intuitive, we’ve negated the value of going monthly.

I searched. I see eight Subscriber subfolders.
That effectively makes those patches INVISIBLE.
