It’s kind of like a nasal/honky sorta sound, try a more harmically rich wave form, maybe Drink the Juice.
Not very high octave notes more like C2 ish (depending on how your DAW counts the octaves just not the lowest couple octaves) and find a nice spot in the wavetable
A touch of attack time, shorter notes. Could also be a filter envelope alongside
Sounds like there’s some short reverb on it as well, can’t go wrong with a touch of chorus and distortion too
