When I upgrade to Pro do I simply install it over Plus? Will I lose my downloaded preset packs, etc? Thanks!
Hi @Hillbilly - I don’t think you need to re-install anything. I think as long as you have an internet connection, after purchasing the pro version, vital should download your pro packs.
Prob. sensible to back-up first though.
If you do have problems, you can download manually via https://account.vital.audio/ I believe.

Yep upgrading to Pro from Plus will work fine and it should be discounted by the $25 you’ve already spent on Plus. As andrew said it’s actually the same binary and the difference is in the account. Next time you start Vital it will download the Pro packs and text-to-wavetable requests will be unlimited.
