I sent an email a couple of days ago requesting a refund but I’ve not had a reply, bit disappointing.
It’s just Matt behind the scenes, I’m sure he’ll respond when he can!
Also if he is Canadian or from the UK he may also be on vacation for thanksgiving or spending time with family, so keep in mind that could be the delay
