Updated to ‘Pro’ but the 400+ presets are not auto-downloading when opening and logging in with the standalone Vital. It does show that it is version 1.5.5, and this is on an up-to-date Windows 11 OS. I’ve tried all the ‘usual’ fixes I could find: uninstalling/re-installing, deleting JSON files and restarting, deleting the entire Documents/Vital directory and restarting, uninstalling and trying the 1.0.7 version. None of these has worked, I always end up with the ‘Basic’ 75 presets. I’m hoping to avoid having to download them all one at a time
I found the issue, but not sure if there is a way to fix this. Apparently when I signed up for the downloads, I misspelled my email (one character off), so when I tried to login on the stand-alone synth with my ‘real’ email address no products were available. I didn’t catch this until much later, because when I was on the website, I could definitely see that I had the Pro product - it wasn’t until I closely checked the account (which was set to auto login) when I noticed the typo in the email address. I tried to ‘Edit account’ but the only option given was to ‘Delete Account’ - which I definitely don’t want to do, since that account has the paid access. Logging into the stand alone synth with the misspelled email address did auto-download everything. But I’d really like to change my account over to my correctly spelled email address.
Check out the discord server, or email Support@vital.audio
You’ll need Matt (or maybe a mod?) to edit your account but it should be fixable
I sent an email to the indicated address. Thanks for the assist!
Hopefully it gets fixed!
