I purchased a full $80 version of Vital last year, and recently logged into my account to find it is the basic version with none of the features I paid for. Is there a reason for this? I am logged under my account properly. Thanks
Maybe try the discord server, otherwise email support@vital.audio perhaps?
Otherwise is it when you’re signing in to the website or the plug in itself?
It might be a good idea to back up your data folder and config and transfer those manually to be future proof if you still have access to those.
