I recently noticed that the preset browser in VITAL (version 1.5.5) does not display all the presets (folders) that I have installed in “c:\Users\name\Documents\Vital\”.
I then restarted VITAL several times because I thought VITAL would recreate the preset database at some point. But it didn’t work.
Then I renamed the “available_packs.json” because I hoped that VITAL would then re-index the folders and then all installed presets would also be displayed in VITAL. Unfortunately, VITAL doesn’t stop the download and seems to endlessly try to download the factory presets(?) (see picture).
There have been similar posts here in the forum, but none of them really had a solution.
Can anyone help me?
