Parents bought Pro for me but used their email


My parents purchased Vital Pro, thinking that it would give them an access code that they could give me. Is there any way it can be switched to my account instead?

Maybe try sending an email to the support/returns email address, I know Matt checks up to every 14 days so keep that in mind.

No luck there, my parents sent an email to the vital support address the day after Christmas and once after new years and have had no response since.

Don’t worry to much, it hasn’t been 14 days after the end of the Holiday season (3 Jan)

Matt deserves some holiday time with his family, he’ll get to it soon I’m sure
