OSC reset? Is it just me or is this function missing?

Is there such a thing as OSC reset function for the OSC section of Vital.

Making trance music its important for me that the bass sounds the same everytime its played, super irritating having to export the sound to work with it to reduce phase issues within sound design.

What you’re looking for specifically is phase randomization. On an osc, there’s a “phase” section. On the right side, there’s a value between 0% and 100%. You want it to 0%, thus the oscillator always begins from the same exact phase.
