No presets loaded

I’ve downloaded vital today on an M1 Mac. Using Ableton. No presets have loaded in Ableton. Other posts said try the standalone version. still nothing.

No other files in the Vital preset folder

It will download preset when you login, does that not happen?

A preset file appeared in the accounts section below the Vital file. Thank you!

I had to import them.
The install downloaded a file called FactoryContent.VitalBank which I had no idea what to do with but then I clicked Import from within Vital
