So I did a lot of searching and can’t find a single thread on this topic; it’s driving me nuts.
Upon running Vital for the first time, when the Login window popped up, I chose the “Work offline” option, and now whenever I open the program it doesn’t show at all, and I can’t make it pop back up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, restarted my computer, deleted temporary app files in Windows Disk Cleanup…nothing works - I don’t get it.
Any ideas?
Try the hamburger menu in the top bar or deleting your vital.config file in %AppData%\vital or changing the JSON key in that file that reads "work_offline" to false.
Yeah I forgot to mention, that’s what I meant when I said I couldn’t make it pop back up. The hamburger menu is there but for some reason would not respond in any way when I tried clicking ‘Sign in’. Deleting vital.config worked, I really appreciate it.
Hi! Was this ever solved for you? Did the same misstake of clicking “work offline” efter first install and now it’s pretty useless since I can’t access any presets at all.
Does this not solve it ?
