Just got the Pro tier yesterday. I have to manually download and import one by one all the packs, which is fine. But not being able to log in (both standalone and vst) is troublesome since it kept asks me.
I am in China. Tried it with and without VPN and no luck so far.
Also Vital causes Ableton to force quit a couple times already, not sure if it has something to do with the above, since I am not hearing similar bugs from Vital users very much.
