Basic sine-wave LFO, “sync” free-run mode, and set to free time aka “seconds”. LFO frequency mapped to filter cuttof or osc pitch etc.
The Macro is mapped to the frequency of the LFO. When speeding up or down the LFO from the Macro, the LFO glitches out and jumps around. Nothing else is mapped to it.
