Hello, I’m on pc and I sell Vital soundsets, a Mac costumer notified me that Vital won’t loads the presets in his Mac… any suggestion please?
Do they get an error message?
Perhaps they are on an older version of vital. Suggest they upgrade to the latest (which is 1.0.7 at the mo).
Vital files and vital banks are regularly shared here without issue.
