I just lost my presets when reinstalling Windows.
Just to get sure, there’s no way my Ableton projects remember the presets I created ?..

Presets are saved and pulled from any plugins directory. As in, any plug ins presets are saved to their own location.
For Vital they are in C:/User/Documents/Vital by default.
Very sorry, the only chance would be to recover the old folder somehow with Windows restore or a back up you’ve made, or if you can recover the old User account.
Am I mistaken but do daws save plugin states to the project files? If so, at least those could be recoverable.
If op didn’t wipe their disk chances are their old user folder could still be present on the disk. If they did they’re all gone for good.
