Is there a other way to put .vitalbank in Vital?

I try to put .vitakbank in Vital but nothing happens. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Hard to know an “other” way when we don’t know what method you’re using! But worth noting that you can also rename the file from [patchname].vitalbank to [patchname].zip and then unzip it. Then you can move the presets into your default Vital preset folder.

This helped a lot, it looks like I already installed all the .vitalbank files but when I made it a .zip file I could see what type of presets are in that package.
