Installed the latest Helm today, and would be interested in
a ‘pro version’ with the arp having more direction choices,
a tickbox for each of 32/64 steps, latch-mode (hold), and midi out.
Some great and wild sounds in Helm!
Helm has not received an update in ages and I doubt that it will do anytime soon. The focus is on Vital at the moment so anything new to Helm is out of the question.
I think it would be most helpful to create an issue for a feature request in the Helm source repo https://github.com/mtytel/helm
Someone will probably have to fork it for development to continue. The last commit was two years ago, and I don’t think Matt will put any time into it anymore.
You probably have a better chance of getting the features you’re missing into Vital than into Helm.
