Introducing a Free Vital Preset Organizer Tool for Sorting Presets by Style

The easiest for you is to place the sortedpresets folder in the root vital folder.
Vital looks for a folder named Presets on it’s own, so just rename SortedPresets to Presets should solve it for you.

I personally don’t have it setup like that, I have my folder externally and simply import my presets from there, makes it easier for me to backup etc.

Ok i’m confused. I’m on 1.5.5 and i don’t see anywhere to specify where Vital should look for presets, so it seems by default my presets are located in a folder simply called Vital, which includes folders for all makers, plus Factory, User, and skins, and now SortedPresets.

Do you mean i should place the contents of SortedPresets into User > Presets?

I moved the SortedPresets into my User > Presets folder, and it’s all showing up again now. Cool script!

Soo happy you figured it out! I’ll try to update the app so it helps a tad more, want it to be as smooth as possible.

@brokenholidaymusic Is this software still available for download or in development? Link is broken :frowning:

Took it down a few weeks ago, since no one had downloaded it for a some time.
But think I still have it on my Studio PC.

Personally I use it, and got a few producer friends who uses it as well.
DM me on IG, I can get you access to the new version, for free as always.
