Improved "Save wavetable as .wav" function

A user would expect that the .wav is saved as 32 bit floating at 44.1 khz and with the modifications made in the wavetable editor and with the applied high resolution wavetable morph function.
There could also be options to save it in 16bit-44.1khz, 24bit-44.1khz.
The .wav should also have the original lenght of the .vitaltable.

And a user who loads a 48kHz sample would expect it to stay at 48kHz, 32bit or dithered to 24bit.
