Hi, just purchased vital today and am excited to use some third-party presets I bought.
But when I press ‘Import bank’, select the relevant file (it’s a .vitalbank file), nothing whatsoever changes in the preset menu.
Any advice how to solve this problem?
I’ve not seen this issue before.
If you are importing from within a DAW try running standalone instead
Have you closed and reopened vital to see they appear?
Have you tried any of the forum vital banks here - April 2021 Free Patch Sharing Thread? These are known to work ok.
I have the same problem, running standalone.
EDIT: I think you have to wait a while and then do it.
