I haven't received a receipt

I purchased Vital Pro, but received no receipt. I checked my spam folder – nothing. Only today, when trying to log in to the forum, I got an email asking me to confirm my email address. Perhaps that’s related? Anyway, could you please send me the receipt?

How do I proceed? Is it a good place to contact support in the first place?

Once you verify your account, your Vital tier is linked to your log in, so you’ll always be able to access it.
