I get ddl files when i downlaod the vital app and i cant use it

hey guys, i dont know how to use the ddl files when i downlaod the app , can anyone help me with this issue ??
im using latest version of windows

Those .dll (dynamic-link library) files are how the VST 2 plugin works. You need to use a DAW or plugin Host for them to work.
