I changed my hdd for an ssd and moved from windows 8.1 to 10 and now I can’t visualize vital, I get a message that I need “open GL 1.4” how can this be fixxed? where can I get such thing?

Sounds like an issue with your GPU drivers - I’d recommend to reinstall them (prefeably to latest version) and see if it fixes that issue for you.
