I can not sign in vital in ableton 11 and anybody know why ?

Using win 10 and can not sign in when i close my firewall. Minutes later it shows that ‘an internet error has occurred’.

Can you try installing the early access version (version 1.5.1) from https://account.vital.audio/?product=vital
and see if that lets you log in?

But i can not download the version 1.5.1.

Can you try downloading again? You messaged when there was a massive AWS outage so the site might not have been working properly.

Or do you mean it doesn’t show up for you?

I download from my phone and it works in 1.5.1 .
