How to uninstall Vital? I could not find information in the forum.

nothing official, but what i would do is:

remove/trash/delete following files:

/Applications/Vital.app
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Vital.component
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/Vital.vst
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/Vital.vst3

and the presets, which are in
~/Music/Vital/

You can download AppCleaner and then drop the stand-alone synth from /Applications folder on to it and it will populate all associated files.

The files it finds are as follows:
/Applications/Vital.app
~/Library/Application Support/vital
~/Library/Caches/Vital
~/Library/Caches/Vital/audio.vital.standalone
~/Library/Cookies/audio.vital.standalone.binarycookies
~/Library/Preferences/autio.vital.standalone.plist
~/Library/Saved Applicaiton State/audio.vital.standalone.savedState

You’ll need to manually remove the plugins in the paths that muki listed above
