How to install on Ubuntu?

I’m running Kubuntu.

  1. How do you install the VitalInstaller file from the terminal once you’ve downloaded it please? I’d like to do it in a script

  2. Since I couldn’t find a way to do it in terminal I tried clicking the file and opening with something called “QApt package installer”, but that just gives me the error: “Cannot satisfy dependencies”. It doesn’t say what dependencies.

Is there no Ubuntu package for this in the package manager? Or just a snap in the snap store?
