How to contact Devs?

Hi ! i bought the Pro version some time ago, and as stated by the “Pro Plan”, i should have Priorized support". I’d like to know how to access this support from devs please ?

I think this is abandonware. It’s been quite some time since anyone has heard from him/them…
I have the same problem. Bought the “Pro” plan and it freezes my iMac within minutes to the point that I have to hard reset the computer. No response to ANY communications.

Pretty sad people need to reach the community to solve things. I have the pro version too but i haven’t had any issues on windows so far, but yeah right now I would say it’s abandonware:(

  • single Dev says he’s still working in it

Thx for the feedback guys. I did check the forum and the discord, i’m usually an optimistic person, but it honnestly looks like the devs are not on board anymore. Anyway, i’ll try to mail support@vital.audio, we’ll see.

It’s just one guy, this is just a project and I’m sure he has more than one project on the go

Definitely post in the discord and ask about getting support, also include full description of your problem and system specs - prioritized support doesn’t mean you get a special patch or personal bug squasher though so take it with a grain of salt eslecially if your issue is a known bug or run-of-the-mill problem
