Its all bad after hard drive partitioning. Presets dont show up and wavetables is one giant list. Do I reinstall?
Try editing the config file
If it’s packs from the vital Store if you delete, they should redownload when you log back in, unless I’m mistaken - so that might help!
Otherwise, I’d manually re organize them
Keep in mind vital needs a subfolder structure to see them! In User/Documents/Vital/PRESET PACK NAME/Presets
Store them as above, the Preset Pack Name obv changes, but you need the presets subfolder to have vital see them, whether in each pqck folder or if you throw them all into one 
Wavetables also need a subfolder! If it’s the same problem that not showing up in Vital
