At this point requesting anything will be not fair as you have given us an ultimate synth… but I will be selfish for once. 
1 - Loading single wave cycles,
2 - Sampler phase,
3 - Samples speed up or down on the pitch change a sample synced to tempo will be a great option
4 - Sampler loop points.
5 - Reduce CPU usage.
