I’ve been having this issue with Vital since a couple weeks, latest version, Plus tier.
OS is Windows 10 last build, DAW is Ableton Live 11.3, tried to reinstall with no luck, any recommendations?
Standalone work okay or just in ableton does this?
There’s been a number of bugs with Ableton 11.3 so it may just be that
Otherwise you could try installing an older version of vital as well to test.
Sorry man that is definitely a wacky bug 
Sorry for the late reply, I never used the standalone version but I did try with previous versions of Live 11 and the result is the same sigh
