Pretty simple fix. I basically just reinstalled Vital including the CLAP option which I’m thinking might be the reason why it’s now showing up. Over wrote the install over my previous install so I did not even uninstall it. Now it shows up. Yay.
Just posting this in case anyone else had this problem because I couldn’t find any info anywhere about it. I saw some stuff talking about the CLAP plugin format so that’s what prompted my idea to reinstall.
Now if I can only figure out how to use this instrument! I messed with it for a while but could not get any good sounds happening from the presets which do sound great. I just have to study the manual.
Don’t use the CLAP version, it’s buggy.

If you’re familiar with Serum your knowledge will translate nicely
There’s a community made manual you can find on google, probably also in a thread on here - no official manual
Aww clap. I mean CRAP! Well, hopefully it doesn’t bug out on me. Not sure if that’s the reason why it’s finally showing up but if I get problems I’ll try again without and see if it shows up.
Yeah, unfortunately I’m not familiar with Serum. Wow, I can’t believe there’s not manual! I guess I’ll have to search for this manual that you speak of. Thanks.

Depending on the vibe you’re going for, for vital and Serum content, I can recommend Dash Glitch (psytrance, intermediate+) or Stranjah (dnb/bass, beginner), In the Mix (multi genre, beginner-intermediate), Bunting (bass, intermediate) and You Suck at Producing (multi genre edm, beginner-intermediate)
For youtube tutorial content if you’re just getting started with synths or Audio production

With clap version you might not be able to write spaces in the browser, the synth may crash when changing oversampling setting and shift or alt while adjusting curve powers may not do what they’re supposed to do, for example.
If you’re totally new to synthesis, try this SoS magazine’s article series.

Thank you. Hmm, maybe that’s why I couldn’t get any usable sounds out of it!
