Factory content wont download

when i open vital i get stuck on the downloading factory content screen and it never finishes. if i download the factory content from the website i still dont recieve any of the presets, am i missing something?

edit: i apologise, i figured it out myself. sorry for wasting anyones time.

Have you tried a re-install?
I think normally just signing back in can resolve the issue
