Trying to upgrade from vital plus (bought from an affiliate link) to vital pro, my French debit card got refused (not because of missing funds). Any other site accessible to euro where we can buy/upgrade?
Hmm I don’t have a good answer for this. I’ll have to look into my payment processor but sometimes banks decline debit card transactions internationally.
Vital is only sold on the https://vital.audio site and there are no other resellers so I don’t have a good solution outside of using a different card or using PayPal.
