-I have a preset library from the cyberwave bank, but when i click on any of the presets, it says it was made with a newer version when I already have the newest fl studio version.

If you click the Vital logo in the corner it shoukd give you your current version, I suspect you might be on 1.0.7?

Feel free to back up your presets to another location before you update just to be safe
