Double payment - canceled one, can't cancel second

Hi all,

when I initialy subscribed to Vital there was an error with the first subscription, so I re-did it.
Then for a time I was charged 10$ per month, as I had two subscriptions running.
I was able to unsubscribe from one subscription, but I can’t cancel the other one (on the same account).
Does anyone have an Idea of what I can do?

Likely the only way to stop the payments is to get the broker, so your bank or some other intermediary, to block them. Be sure to mail Tytel first, but don’t be waiting for a reply for more than some days. It may or may not ever come, but that mail will have your back. Better safe than sorry, though Tytel probably doesn’t give a rat’s ass if you stop the payments or not.

Hey! That sounds really frustrating — double charges are always annoying. If you’ve already canceled one and the other still shows active, I’d recommend checking directly through the payment platform you used (PayPal, credit card portal, etc.) to see if there’s a second recurring payment entry there.

If you find it, you can usually stop it from that end. Otherwise, your best bet is to contact Vital’s support team with screenshots of both transactions — that usually helps them locate the duplicate subscription faster and refund the extra payments.
